Brasserie De Mol
Named after the popular pub of historical figure ‘Pietje Mol’ on the Belgian-French border, where Café du Perroquet is now located. On the menu you had ‘picon’, dune rabbit and ‘home-grown’ dune asparagus.
We like to keep the legendary picon vin blanc, but on the menu of Brasserie De Mol you will also find other aperos, classic and seasonal dishes and desserts.
